Teams are in the process of backfilling excavations
Our work to repair a rising sewer main on Smithycroft in Hamilton is nearing completion.
The repairs were completed on Monday, 13 April and our operatives are now in the process of backfilling the excavations.
Tankering which has been in operation 24 hours a day has now stopped and we expect to be off site by the end of this week.
We appreciate that repairs of this nature can cause inconvenience to those living nearby and we thank everyone impacted for their patience and understanding while our teams have been on site carrying these essential works out safely.
