We would like to inform customers in Bellshill ML4 of upcoming work scheduled for Tomorrow, Wednesday the 22nd April.

Our engineers will be replacing a noisy manhole cover. While there is no interruption to service anticipated, please be advised that a road closure will be in effect on Allan Grove. We recommend planning an alternative route to minimise any potential delays or disruptions.

The closure is expected to be put in place at 09:00hrs on Wednesday 22nd April and expected to be in place for 1 day.

As a result of work on the network, customers may experience some discolouration to their water supply. 

If you experience brown water, we advise to allow your cold-water kitchen tap to run at a reduced pressure until this runs clear. Do not run any other taps or use any water appliances whilst doing so and follow the same process with any other taps affected once the water is clear from your cold-water kitchen tap. 

If you experience white water, this is air trapped in the supply and will clear within 24 to 48 hours.
