We work in partnership with Age Scotland, the leading charity representing the rights and interests of older people in Scotland.
Our partnership includes campaigns and resources to help older people stay informed, connected and prepared, and raise awareness of the support available from Scottish Water and Age Scotland.

Every Connection Matters

Every Connection Matters Hub brings together useful information and advice from Scottish Water to help you stay informed and details about Age Scotland services, including Friendship Calls and Community Connecting.

Water plays an important part in our everyday lives. Find out how to prepare for an interruption to your water supply and the simple steps you can take to make sure you're prepared.
Age Scotland also provides free information and advice to older people, their families and carers on subjects including money and benefits, social care, housing and legal issues.

There are also organisations that provide free advice and support on subjects including energy, home safety and keeping your home warm.

PSR Scotland is a joint website supported by Scotland's utility providers - Scottish Water, SSEN, SP Energy Networks and SGN. It brings together information about the additional support available if you need extra help during an interruption to your water, electricity or gas supply.

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service offers free home fire safety visits and advice to help you keep yourself and your home safe.

Home Energy Scotland provides free, impartial advice on keeping your home warm, saving energy and reducing energy costs.

Citizens Advice Scotland provides free, confidential and independent advice on a wide range of issues, including money, benefits, debt, housing, energy and consumer rights.
